The CAP Community exists to connect builders, entrepreneurs, and enablers who are shaping the future of programmable finance using Circle products, technology, and utilities. To make this possible, we commit to creating a safe, inclusive, and harassment-free environment for all participants.

• Transparency: Disclose affiliations when discussing products, partnerships, or investments.
• Relevance: Keep discussions, forums, and contributions aligned with Circle’s mission.

Prohibited Behavior

• Harassment, bullying, or intimidation of any kind
• Sexist, racist, discriminatory, or exclusionary jokes or comments
• Sexual language, imagery, or inappropriate content in any context
• Spam, self-promotion without value, or off-topic content
• Sharing of private member data outside of the community without consent
• Impersonating another person, Circle staff, or partners

Enforcement

Reports of violations will be reviewed promptly by the CAP Community team.
Consequences may include:

• Warnings
• Removal of content
• Temporary suspension
• Permanent removal from the community

Circle and event organizers reserve the right to act at their sole discretion to maintain a safe environment.

If you experience or witness any behavior that violates this Code of Conduct, or if you have any concerns:

• Report directly through the CAP community platform, or

All reports will be treated seriously and handled with confidentiality.

Scope
‍

This Code of Conduct applies to all community spaces, both online (forums, discussions, events on Gradual) and in person (meetups, conferences, ambassador events).
