Circle holds a comprehensive set of licenses to operate as a regulated financial technology company across the US, Europe, and other jurisdictions. These licenses enable Circle to offer regulated, and transparent stablecoin solutions globally, reinforcing trust and reliability for businesses and institutions using USDC and related services.
