USDC Reserve Attestation Report from Grant Thornton LLP — April 2020

We have published the newest attestation report on USD reserves backing USDC. These reports, which are released at a monthly cadence, are issued by Grant Thornton LLP, an independent accounting and consulting firm. The document states as of April 30, 2020 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time (“PT”):

  • USDC tokens issued and outstanding = 726,804,679 USDC
  • USD held in custody accounts = $727,324,351
  • At the time of the report's publication, issued and outstanding USDC tokens do not exceed the balance of the USD held in custody accounts
