More Ways to Connect, Build, and Grow with the Circle Alliance Program

Circle Alliance Program (CAP) members told us they wanted stronger connections, more visibility for their work, deeper product engagement, and more opportunities to learn. Today, we’re launching a refreshed CAP around those needs, with eight new or improved benefits that complement the opportunities members already know. We’re also introducing the Alliance Hub, a new home for the community.

Make new connections across the Circle Alliance Program

CAP has always connected the people and companies building with Circle. With this update, we’ve reimagined CAP to strengthen and expand those connections. Members can now engage more easily with Circle Ventures and its network, as well as new regional and industry-specific groups where they can meet peers working in similar markets or on similar challenges. Whether a member is looking for practical advice or a potential collaborator, the aim is to spur more conversations and collaboration.

The brand-new Alliance Hub gives those conversations a shared home. This private, members-only space brings programming, resources, and community discussions together in one place. For current members, it marks a move from Discord to a purpose-built space designed to grow with CAP. For new members, the Alliance Hub offers a way to find the people and information that matter to their work.

Grow your visibility as a Circle Alliance Program member

CAP members have long had the opportunity to share their stories through member spotlights across Circle channels, co-created case studies, and speaking slots at select Circle-hosted events. That hasn’t changed.

With the announcement today, we’ve added new ways for members to share their work. One of those ways is an upcoming podcast — launching early next year — that will offer opportunities for members to tell the stories behind what they’re building. Applications to appear as a podcast guest are now open. Together with the existing spotlight and event opportunities, these additions give members more ways to showcase their work and connect with people who may benefit from it.

Get closer to Circle products and support

CAP members building on Circle products need useful context while they plan, build, and solve problems — context that may go beyond what’s typically found in new product announcements. To make that possible, CAP now offers opportunities for early access to new Circle products and betas before public release. Members also now have access to enhanced support, including direct escalation paths and timely responses when they need help.

These updates are born out of what members told us they need from CAP. Early access gives teams more time to explore what a new product could mean for their own roadmap, while a clearer support path can help those same teams more rapidly address any questions that arise.

Learning and feedback opportunities for Circle Alliance Program members

Creating opportunities for members to exchange ideas and practical knowledge is at the core of CAP. As a result, the expanded program builds on the existing product and ecosystem sessions with structured product-feedback sessions that give members a forum to share what they’re learning from real work with Circle products. Strategic updates from Circle leadership will also help members stay informed.

Importantly, that exchange runs both ways. Members get more context and a chance to contribute their perspective; Circle hears directly from teams putting its products to work. It’s a way to keep CAP grounded in the needs and experience of its members.

What’s next for the Circle Alliance Program

The reimagined CAP introduced today grew out of member feedback, and we’re not done improving the member experience. Our goal is to make CAP membership more useful in the day-to-day work of building, connecting, and sharing what’s next.

Whether you’re already a CAP member or considering joining, expect a growing number of ways to find your people, get closer to Circle, and bring your work into view.
