This form is for organizations interested in joining Circle Payments Network (CPN) as an Originating Financial Institution (OFI) — duly licensed entities that send or initiate cross-border payments.

At this time, we are not accepting inbound interest from Beneficiary Financial Institutions (BFIs). If you're a BFI or payout partner, we appreciate your interest and may reach out proactively as network needs evolve.
