Circle Submits Comments to NYDFS on Proposed BitLicense

This morning, our General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer, John Beccia, submitted our official comments on the proposed rule issued by the New York Department of Financial Services to regulate the conduct of virtual currency business in the state of New York.
