Circle Payments Network Expands Local Currency Payout Corridors Across Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and the US

Circle Payments Network (CPN) continues to expand its global footprint with the launch of several new payout corridors, extending compliant, near-instant local currency payouts to key markets across Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and North America. With new payout partners now live in India, Singapore, the Philippines, the UAE, the EU, and the US, CPN enables banks, payment service providers, VASPs, and enterprises to reach more end users through a single, scalable integration.

The addition of new payout corridors reflect CPN’s momentum as a growing, partner-driven network designed to modernize cross-border payments using stablecoins like USDC.

New payout markets now live on CPN

Each new payment corridor enables our partners to maintain a compliance-first approach while expanding their global payout use cases such as remittances, merchant settlement, payroll, and platform payouts.

India: Expanding access with Saber

Saber is enabling a new payout corridor to India, supporting local currency payouts via established domestic payment rails. NEFT offers payouts typically in under two hours, while IMPS and RTGS rails offer near-instant payouts. This corridor opens access to one of the world’s fastest-growing digital economies (expected to grow more than twice as fast as India’s overall economy), supporting use cases ranging from enterprise payouts to platform-based disbursements.

Singapore: Tazapay broadens access in a global financial hub

Tazapay is expanding their role in CPN by offering Singapore as a new payout market, enabling compliant, efficient payout capabilities in one of Asia’s leading financial centers. Payouts are completed near-instantly using FAST. This corridor provides additional optionality for serving financial institutions and enterprises operating across the region.

Philippines: Coins.ph enables near-instant local payouts

The Philippines corridor, powered by Coins.ph, brings fast, local currency payouts to a market with strong demand for remittances and digital financial services. Notably, migrants from the Philippines are estimated to have remitted over $41 billion USD in 2025, the fourth largest figure globally. Coins.ph’s is based in the Philippines, allowing CPN participants to deliver end-to-end payout experiences that settle quickly using domestic rails like Pesonet, Instapay, and Partner Bank.

United Arab Emirates: LuLu enables trusted local payouts

CPN has expanded into the United Arab Emirates through LuLu Financial Holdings, a leading regional financial services provider with expertise in local payments infrastructure. This new corridor enables AED payouts using FTS payment rails and strengthens CPN’s presence in the Middle East market, supporting use cases such as enterprise disbursements, remittances, and cross-border commerce.

United States: Tazapay extends payout optionality

CPN has also added a US payout corridor through Tazapay, enabling USD payouts using the Fedwire Funds Service in one of the world’s most important payment markets. This corridor supports global platforms and enterprises seeking reliable settlement into the US alongside their international payout flows.

European Union: Strengthening coverage with Saber

CPN has also expanded its reach to Europe through Saber, offering access to compliant payout capabilities across the EU via SEPA. This corridor supports companies seeking efficient settlement into European markets without the complexity of maintaining fragmented local integrations.

A growing, compliance-capable network for global money movement

Each new corridor reflects Circle’s commitment to building a robust, interoperable payments network anchored in compliance, transparency, and trusted local partners. By onboarding regulated payout partners with deep regional expertise, CPN reduces operational friction while expanding access to critical payout markets worldwide.

As CPN continues to grow, network participants gain the ability to scale globally with fewer integrations, lower settlement costs, and faster payout times — all through one network.
