Jeremy Allaire
CO-FOUNDER, CHAIRMAN & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Jeremy is responsible for strategy, vision and operating execution at Circle. He brings more than two decades of experience building and leading global internet software platforms, including founder and CEO of Brightcove, technologist and entrepreneur in residence at General Catalyst, CTO of Macromedia, and co-founder and CTO of Allaire Corporation.

Elisabeth Carpenter
Chief Operating Officer
Elisabeth leads global Revenue and Marketing, overseeing the complete go-to-market experience, and runs global business operations, including Talent. She brings decades of experience leading companies revolutionizing industries ranging from financial services to nonprofit fundraising to media as COO of Evertrue, SVP at Brightcove, and SVP at News Corporation and BSkyB.

Dante Disparte
Chief Strategy Officer & Head of Global Policy
Dante brings decades of experience working on complex global financial and risk issues, and most recently served as Executive Vice President at Diem Association, spearheading engagement and communications with government and financial industry leaders around the world on the issues and opportunities presented by stablecoins and digital currency.

Kash Razzaghi
Chief Revenue Officer
Kash oversees Circle’s global revenue operations including sales, customer success, alliances, and client solutions. Previously, he served as SVP, Sales at Brightcove where he was responsible for all revenue and customer success in the Americas. Prior to Brightcove, he served as CEO of Fancred, a sports-focused digital media platform.

Nikhil Chandhok
CHIEF PRODUCT OFFICER
Nikhil is responsible for developing accessible and easy-to-use products for new and existing Circle customers. He has experience developing tech-forward products and software that advanced mobile devices, streaming video, AI, and Augmented Reality at companies, including Meta, Google, YouTube, and Microsoft.

Jeremy Fox-Geen
Chief Financial Officer
Jeremy brings 25 years of experience in corporate finance and financial services, as an strategic advisor, operator and finance officer, with previously held senior leadership roles at iStar and Safehold, McKinsey, PwC and Citigroup, as CFO, management consultant and finance officer.

Sherice Torres
CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER
Sherice brings over 25 years of experience helping cutting edge brands innovate and engage with customers as a marketing executive at Meta, Google and Nickelodeon. She has been recognized by the National Diversity Council, Black Enterprise Magazine and Crain’s Business, among others.

Mandeep Walia
Chief Compliance & Risk Officer
Mandeep leads Circle’s compliance and risk management globally. Mandeep has played senior leadership roles driving global compliance and enterprise risk at financial services/fintech companies such as PayPal, LendUp, State Street, and most recently, was the Chief Compliance Officer/Head of Enterprise Risk at Novi — Facebook’s digital wallet business.

Ryan Feit
CEO & CO-FOUNDER, SeedInvest
Ryan co-founded SeedInvest to fill the need for a better way to connect entrepreneurs and investors over the internet, and was instrumental in the passing and implementation of the 2012 JOBS Act. Before SeedInvest, Ryan worked at Wellspring Capital Management and Lehman Brothers investing in, financing and managing dozens of private and public businesses.

Rajeev Date
Over twenty years in the financial services industry, notably including being the first-ever Deputy Director of the U.S. CFPB, Managing Director in the Financial Institutions Group at Deutsche Bank Securities, and currently serving as Managing Director of Fenway Summer LLC and FS Venture Capital LLC. Serves as board member of public company bank GreenDot.
Michele Burns
Currently serving as Chair, Audit Committee and member of other standing committees of the board of directors at Goldman Sachs and InBev. Also director at Cisco Systems and is Chairman and formerly served as CFO of MMC, as well as CEO at its subsidiary Mercer LLC, a global leader in human resource consulting outsourcing and investment services. Previous to MMC, she was the CFO of Delta Airlines.
David Orfao
Decades of senior operating experience, including a decade as a leading venture capitalist, and pioneering PC software companies such as Lotus, Ashton Tate, Frame Technology and Apple’s Claris division. Founding managing partner of General Catalyst Partners.
Sean Neville
Co-founder and former president of the Circle Group with two decades of technical experience including serving as CEO of Sevenchord, as well as a senior technologist of Allaire Corporation, Macromedia, and Adobe.
Quan Zhou
Currently serving as Managing Director, Founder and General Partner at IDG Partners, and has more than twenty years of business and operation experience at many IT companies and entrepreneurial communities in both China and the United States.
Danita Ostling
Most recently a partner and senior leader at Ernst & Young, having retired in June 2021 following more than 40 years of service and leadership. Previously held other roles within EY, the Financial Accounting Standards Board and Citigroup, while serving on the board and audit committee of Save the Children, U.S.
Anita Sands
A renowned Technology and Change Management leader with over two decades of insights as an operator and seasoned board director. Former COO at UBS’s Wealth Management Americas group and current board member on public and private boards including ServiceNow, Nubank, a SPAC sponsored by the SoftBank Vision Fund, including Unqork, mmhmm, Jumpcloud, and a Venture Partner at NEA.
