Jeremy is responsible for strategy, vision and operating execution at Circle. He brings more than two decades of experience building and leading global internet software platforms, including founder and CEO of Brightcove, technologist and entrepreneur in residence at General Catalyst, CTO of Macromedia, and co-founder and CTO of Allaire Corporation.

Nikhil is responsible for accelerating product, technology and AI agendas, developing accessible and easy-to-use products for new and existing customers. He has experience developing tech-forward products and software that advanced mobile devices, streaming video, AI, and Augmented Reality at companies, including Meta, Google, YouTube, and Microsoft.

Robbie Mitchnick serves as the Head of Digital Assets for BlackRock. He is a member of the Corp Exec-COO Executive team. Robbie is responsible for driving BlackRock's digital assets strategy, including working with internal business units to develop and execute on strategic initiatives around digital assets.  

Prior to joining BlackRock, Robbie spent time at CPP Investment Board in Public Markets and Private Investments, and at Ripple. During his time at Ripple, Robbie co-authored 'A Fundamental Valuation Framework for Cryptoassets' along with John Bates Clark medal winner Susan Athey.  

Robbie has BA & BCOM degrees from Queen's University and an MBA from Stanford, where he graduated as an Arjay Miller Scholar and the Robichek Award winner in Finance. He holds a Blockchain Technologies Certification from MIT Sloan and is a CFA Charterholder.

Stani Kulechov is a pioneer in decentralized finance (DeFi), founding ETHLend in 2017 before launching the Aave Protocol in 2020. As Founder and CEO of Aave Labs, he has helped build Aave into the world’s largest onchain lending network and led the development of products including Aave V4, GHO, Horizon, and the Aave App, expanding Aave’s infrastructure and products for institutions, fintechs, and consumers.

Kash is responsible for driving Circle’s commercial strategy to advance the future of finance and digital assets. He has deep experience in revenue leadership, business development, and go-to-market execution, and previously served as SVP of Sales for the Americas at Brightcove. With over 20 years in revenue leadership, business development, and go-to-market strategy, Mr. Razzaghi has built and scaled high-performing global teams and forged partnerships that drive transformative growth.

Sebastian Serrano is an Argentine entrepreneur and one of Latin America’s most renowned blockchain innovators. He is the CEO and co-founder of Ripio, the region’s leading crypto company. Passionate about technology since childhood, he began programming at age seven and later earned a degree and MBA as a Programmer Analyst. Before founding Ripio in 2013, he ran a software development firm building web and mobile apps for top U.S. and Latin American tech companies. A member of Endeavor since 2022, Sebastian describes himself as a “full-time nerd.”

Merlin Egalite is the Co-Founder and Integration Team Lead at Morpho, a decentralized finance (DeFi) lending network. After graduating from CentraleSupélec in Paris, he co-founded Morpho with Paul Frambot in 2021, initially working from a university dormitory. The company later raised a total of US$243 million from investors including Andreessen Horowitz (a16z), Paradigm, Ribbit and Variant.

Member of the Board of Directors at SBI Holdings Inc., overseeing group legal affairs and IP matters as well as digital space initiatives. Serves as CEO of SBI Digital Asset Holdings.

Ben Morris is VP at Circle and responsible for exchange and custodian partnerships globally. He brings over 15 years of financial services experience, having held senior roles at Bloomberg and Thomson Reuters across various regions. Ben entered the blockchain industry in 2018, leading ecosystem and BD functions at Status.im and Nervos Network before joining Circle, where he has focused on driving USDC adoption across the world's leading digital asset venues.

Hayden Adams is the Founder and CEO of Uniswap Labs and inventor of the Uniswap Protocol, the largest decentralized exchange protocol. He began building in crypto in 2017. As his first project, he set out to build an application that was decentralized, trustless, permissionless, and secure. This project eventually became Uniswap.

Chris Dixon is the founder and managing partner of a16z crypto. He has been at Andreessen Horowitz since 2013, where he leads crypto and blockchain investing through five dedicated funds that have raised more than $9.8 billion.
