• The proof of address must be issued within 90 days.

Government-issued photo ID

• The ID must be valid (not expired)

Source of funds/wealth

• For example, a pay stub, bank statements (personal & business), copy of last year's federal tax return, wages and tax statements (W-2 and/ or 1099), statements from crypto exchanges, crypto holding records.
