What you’ll be responsible for:

Circle is looking for an experienced Sr. Manager, Product Marketing to lead and support Circle’s Enterprise and Strategic partnerships pillars. This role will set the product marketing vision in close alignment with Product teams, and shape the roadmap for sales enablement and partner activations in collaboration with our Alliances, Revenue, Marketing and Product teams. For the strategic partnerships pillar, this individual will build, execute, and scale an integrated marketing strategy to launch and activate our strategic partnerships with traditional payment processors, payment technologies and networks to grow stablecoin in circulation and unlock usage of Circle products. For the Enterprise pillar, this individual will identify core segments and audiences, define and build compelling narratives to help unlock Circle’s large-scale Enterprise opportunities. You’ll set the vision and drive Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, positioning, messaging and sales enablement across Circle’s high-priority business verticals. This role reports to the Senior Director of PMM and Marketing Strategy,  and is a relatively nascent focus area at Circle, so this is an opportunity to help build something from the ground up.

What you'll work on:

  • Lead the Enterprise and Partnerships focused PMM functions at Circle. Grow, hire and mentor a global team of product marketers for a growing function.
  • Own GTM launches of our Financial services partners (ie. Visa, Mastercard) and future partners, through facilitation of press releases, co-marketing strategy, social media, and sales training.
  • Drive Enterprise scale GTM launches including pitches, beta launches, including thought partnership with Revenue and Product teams.
  • Work closely with the Demand Generation function at Circle to influence, define and land key co-marketing programs across partners and enterprises.
  • Act as the blockchain and payments SME, and an internal advocate for Circle’s existing and future partners/enterprises. 
  • Identify new co-marketing and activation opportunities with Circle’s strategic partners and Enterprise customers.
  • Partner with Product, Revenue and Alliances to develop and execute multi-pronged partner and enterprise activation strategy.
  • Shape the development of marketing materials (i.e. pitch decks, messaging, collateral, webinars, case studies, sales training docs) on USDC and Circle Products for our Payments and Enterprise partners.

What you’ll bring to Circle:

  • 10+ years of experience; B2B preferred (Enterprise SaaS product-marketer experience is a plus).
  • 3+ years experience leading a PMM team. 
  • Direct product marketing experience with a track record of driving rapid growth of fast-paced technologies; Crypto, fintech, or payments experience preferred.
  • Able to build Enterprise/Partner grade pitches/narratives. Must be capable of writing and creating content that tells Circle’s story to customers and prospects. 
  • Capable of diving deep into technical topics and at the same time able to step back to communicate the bigger picture.
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence and drive requirements across diverse set of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Thrive in unstructured environments, learn constantly and bring structure.
  • Have an inexhaustible desire to learn. You want to be a pro at the frontier of industry defining tech like DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, and Web3 as well as abreast of the latest developments in the Payments industry.
  • Experience/familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS and GSuite.
