Sam Bankman-Fried, one of this generation’s savviest entrepreneurs and investors, will address attendees of Converge22, a crypto ecosystem conference taking place this September 27th - 30th in San Francisco.
A true crypto visionary, Bankman-Fried — known widely as SBF — is the founder and CEO of FTX, one of the world’s largest crypto exchanges, and its American affiliate FTX US. He is also the founder of Alameda Research, a principal trading firm that trades thousands of digital assets and related derivatives. Prior to founding FTX and Alameda, Bankman-Fried worked at Jane Street Capital, a quantitative trading firm and liquidity provider with operations in both traditional and crypto markets.
SBF will address Converge22 attendees from the main stage on Friday, September 30th.
Bankman-Fried will join Serena Williams, Charlize Theron, Vitalik Buterin, Kate Kallot, Stani Kulechov, Rebecca Liao, Anatoly Yakovenko and dozens of other leaders from the finance, tech and policy spheres who will address Converge22 attendees.
Converge22 is a first-of-its-kind gathering that will bring these worlds together to cross-pollinate and create a shared vision of what money can be and do for people and businesses. Hosted by Circle, the issuer of the USDC and EUROC stablecoins, Converge22 will feature four days of speaking sessions, hands-on demos, networking and more.
Built on openness and accessibility, enabling global value-exchange that is nearly instant and free, USDC and EUROC and public blockchains are helping to usher in a new era of financial inclusion and opportunities worldwide.
